Jeff Chang, based in Taiwan, provides operational consulting for startup companies and has helped building dozens of high-tech companies in Greater China region. His rich experience in advising high-tech companies throughout Taiwan and Asia in obtaining technology transfer and acquisition and strengthening strategic channel alliances.

Jeff has developed a strong network of personal contacts in both the public and private sectors in the Greater China region.

Jeff has extensive experiences in venture capital as well as international purchasing consulting. He was the Vice President of WK Technology fund, a leading venture capital firm in Taiwan. He co-found C Squared Management Corp. and co-established USD50 million funds from venture partnerships with several leading Taiwanese enterprises. He leads global branding company sourcing and purchasing from ODM/OEM manufactories for Networking products such as NAS, Server, Routers, Integrated Access device(IAD) and Energy products such as LED lighting and backlight, Lithium rechargeable battery(material and Cell),E-Bike, E-scooter, Electronic Vehicle and Digital consumer electronic products such as Smart phone, LCD TV, Digital Camera, GPS and MP3 Jukebox etc.

Jeff Chang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Philadelphia College as well as a Master of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management in the United States.
